Yup, life is good! Actually, it's great! :)
I am done with the two summer classes I started toward my administrative certification! It was 4 weeks of stress, tears, reading, and writing, but it is over, I survived, and I have 7 out of 35 credits done!! :) It is such a great feeling to know I started and that I have 20% done! (yes, I am looking at it in percentages!)
Lukas is growing and growing! Tomorrow he will be 9 months!!! OMG!! Where does the time go? Yesterday he mastered a new skill. He can now go from laying on his back to sitting all on his own! He can stand up if he holds on to something and is slowly taking a few steps! Crawling you ask? Ha! None of that! Although there is a small "army crawl" going on if the carrot is right! We went for his check-up on Monday and he is 28.5 inches long (73,5 cm) and 21 pounds (9,5 kg)!

He is getting to be such a big boy. He even have two teeth now (which he uses when he bites your nose)! He loves kissing, singing, making noises and, of course, snuggles! He is "an easy" baby (if there is such a thing). Don't get me wrong - he definitely test both my patience (especially at night when he doesn't want to sleep) and my sanity (like yesterday when he was so cranky that I could not put him down and had a fit in the store when the man at the register needed the facewash Lukas was carrying)! He's still a baby - so his behaviors are NORMAL!!! :)
We even had to sort out more of his clothes since he is growing like a weed! He is in 12-18 months clothing already.... My baby is growing up... :( He loves to help mamma, so when we needed to sort through the clothing he was in the bin doing quality checks!
Mike and I celebrated our 6th year anniversary in the beginning of July too. I can't believe that it is already 6 years since I married my best friend! Mike and I were just talking about how it seems like it was only yesterday and now here we are, 6 years later, parents! I love him more and more everyday we share together. And this is our result! :)
I hope you all have a great day and that you are enjoying your summer like I will be, finally!
Karoline
